Getting Here
1275 Minnesota St. and 1150 25th St. are conveniently located within four blocks of the T Third St. Muni Metro, #48 bus stop, and the 22nd St. CalTrain Station.
Visitors can find free street parking around the neighborhood or in the paid lot at 901 Illinois St.
COVID-19 Safety Policy
In accordance with City and County of San Francisco guidance, masking is strongly recommended but no longer required while inside the Project. Proof of vaccination is not required.

1275 Minnesota St.
1275 is the Project's landmark location. Designed by Jensen Architects, the building includes 10 permanent galleries, three spaces for rotating exhibitions, a 4,600 square-foot Atrium available for programming and events, and restaurant. For more information on our galleries, please click here.
1240 Minnesota St.
Home to our Artist Studio Program, 1240 houses approximately 35 private artist studios. Additionally, the space provides our residents with shared workspace and resources including a wood shop, digital media lab, traditional printing presses, kiln and more. Though 1240 is closed to the public, we invite you to learn more on 1240minnesotastreet.com.
