EUQINOMprojects is pleased to present SOME SORT, featuring the work of Dana Harel, Andréanne Michon, and Jacqueline Sherlock Norheim and curated by Lyla Rose Holdstein. 

“Some sort” is an idiom generally used when the exact nature of something is ambiguous. The works of these artists are similarly inscrutable - are they best defined as a photograph, a sculpture, a drawing, or all of the above?

What brings these artists together is the mystery of the medium, each of them using unique, multi-step methods to alternatively veil and reveal certain elements of an image. In some way, sorting the story that they tell.
